John Hartwell - John is the hands-on principal owner, with 27 years of home building experience in Washington, Oregon and California. John has built homes ranging from multi-million dollar ornate custom homes to affordable townhomes. No matter what price range you are building in, John treats your project as though it were his own home.
Ronald White, P.E. - Ron brings nearly 20 years of professional construction management and engineering experience to the Hartwell Team. Having worked on scores of projects across multiple states and overseas (ranging from multi-family housing in Massachusetts to the $150M expansion of the Portland International Airport), Ron understands the unique challenges of building and the importance of tireless communication to ensure project success.
